I am a digital artist , illustrator , interior and graphic designer based in Avila, Spain.
I began my artistic education at The FAE (Fomento de las Artes y de la Estetica )
School , Madrid and furthered my studies at The Official School of Applied Arts,
Madrid.
After graduating , during the following years I worked as an illustrator, Creative and
Art Director for some advertising agencies in Spain and Canada and as a Design
professor and Director of Studies for sixteen years at the "Montes de Neira" School
of Design in Santander, Spain. As a career professional, I have over thirty years
of professional experience in the visual arts.
In the last six years , like an illustrator and a Creative Director of my Design Studio,
I have focused on the production of realistic illustrations dealing with nature themes,
historic events and portrayals of noted personalities. Over three thousand of my
illustrations have been published in Europe, as well as on the American and
Australian continents.
From a technical point of view, I work with all available artistic media, including:
pencil, watercolor, acrylics, oil and digital and mixed techniques.
